Welcome to Travel Buro F.Z.E (“Travel Buro”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and use of our services, including access to discounted travel bookings through our platform. By signing up for a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

1.    GENERAL TERMS

1.1 Nature of Our Services: Travel Buro acts solely as an intermediary between members and third-party travel service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. We do not own, operate, or control these services.

1.2 Membership Agreement: By purchasing a membership, you enter into a binding agreement with Travel Buro under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1.3 Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals and corporate entities residing or registered in the UAE. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

1.4 Modification of Terms: Travel Buro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Members will be notified in advance of material changes.

2.    TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES

2.1 Third-Party Travel Services:

§ Travel Buro facilitates bookings but does not provide travel services directly.

§ All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

§ Service providers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or deny bookings at their discretion.

2.2 Pricing & Availability:

§ Prices are dynamic and subject to change based on availability and market conditions.

§ Travel Buro does not guarantee price stability or availability of any specific service.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds:

§ Cancellation and refund policies for bookings depend on the travel service provider’s policy.

§ Travel Buro is not responsible for cancellations or service failures by third parties.

2.4 Booking Errors & Disputes:

§ Members are responsible for reviewing booking details before confirmation.

§ Any disputes related to bookings must be resolved directly with the service provider.

§ Travel Buro will assist in communication but does not assume liability for disputes.

3.    LIABILITY & LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 No Guarantee of Service:

§ Travel Buro is not liable for any service disruptions, cancellations, or failures by travel providers.

§ Travel providers retain full control over service delivery and modifications.

3.1.1.1 Force Majeure:

§ Travel Buro is not liable for disruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:

Natural disastersGovernment actionsPandemicsAirline strikesWar or terrorism

§ No refunds or rescheduling are guaranteed in such cases, and members should seek travel insurance for coverage.

3.2 Liability Limitation:

§ Travel Buro’ liability is strictly limited to the membership fee paid by the user.

§ We are not liable for personal injury, financial losses, or indirect damages arising from use of our services.

§ Members assume all risks associated with travel and are responsible for their own due diligence.

3.3 Member Responsibilities:

§ Members are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa, passport, and travel document requirements.

§ Travel Buro is not responsible for any issues arising from a member’s failure to comply with travel regulations.

4.    PAYMENT TERMS & CHARGEBACKS

4.1 Payment Methods:

§ Membership and bookings are payable via credit/debit cards or digital payment gateways.

§ Members must ensure payment details are valid to avoid disruptions.

4.2 Chargebacks & Fraudulent Transactions:

§ Members disputing charges without valid cause may face account suspension.

§ Any fraudulent disputes will be subject to legal action, including recovery of costs.

5.    PRIVACY & DATA USE

5.1 Data Collection & Usage:

§ Travel Buro collects user data for account management, booking processing, and marketing purposes.

§ Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except for service fulfillment.

5.2 User Responsibilities:

§ Members must maintain the confidentiality of their account information.

§ Unauthorized use of an account must be reported to Travel Buro immediately.

5.3 Data Processing & Protection:

§ The secrecy of your information is very important to us. We will process your data legally and lawuflly in compliance with the applicable laws. 

§ Members have the right to request deletion of their data (except where required for compliance purposes).

6.    GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1 Jurisdiction:

§ These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

§ Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

6.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):

§ In case of disputes, Travel Buro encourages members to seek mediation or arbitration before legal action.

§ Travel Buro will engage in good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

7.    GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1 Severability:

§ If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.

7.2 No Waiver:

§ Failure by Travel Buro to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.

7.3 Entire Agreement:

§ These Terms represent the entire agreement between Travel Buro and the member.
